Duplex Property: This home is one unit of a duplex. There are long-term tenants in the other unit, so we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise levels.

Guest Access: Guests do not have access to the front porch or back yard.

Pets are welcome with a $42.50 pet fee, collected separately after booking.

Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and security, cameras are located on the exterior of the property only. These include a Ring security camera in the walkway to the apartment door, a Ring doorbell at the door, and a Ring security camera at the front of the building. There are no cameras inside the home.
