"My first room the air con was not working or the tv - went to ask if maintenance could help and was just instantly upgraded.
Fab service - although someone did walk in to our room at 10:30 thinking it was empty !"

"I witness the entire complex being built from the ground up, also attended various functions through the years but this was my first accommodation visit. I was very impressed about the clean,quietness of the room despite having shops and a very busy road outside.
I would definately recommend including breakfast. I was spoil for choise. All the staffs at different levels were very professional and accommodating.
Try it for yourself. You too will want to visit again"

We were three persons sleeping in each room, and the tv was out of order in all three.
Normally the hotel is fine, but it has dropped since our last visit 2 years ago."

"Had a nice stay with my wife and son. The rooms we're good and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Missed having a sports channel on the TV, as there was both the Tour de France and The Open golf championship going on while we we're staying. And it would be nice if they could widen the number of parking spaces outside the hotel, had to find alternative parking two nights. Other than that, it was a nice experience."

" After a very hot day in the city to come back to a clean room with air conditioning was wonderful, it helped towards a good nights sleep, bed comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace overlooking fields . Found the staff helpful and friendly. "

"Hotellet fremstod meget slidt, trist og nusset. Det samme gjorde herren i receptionen desværre også. Morgenmaden var uinspirerede, betjeningen nærmest ikke til stede og eén langsom kaffemaskine til en hel morgenmadsrestaurant skabte meget lang kø og frustration blandt gæsterne!!
Udsigten, over golfbanen, fra værelset var fin og der var også fin, gratis parkering på stedet. Alt i alt, ikke et hotel jeg har lyst til at genbesøge."

"From greeting us to our departure we felt individually welcomed by both Josh and his partner. Lovely accommodation and we peeked in the other rooms that they have available, all looked spacious, well thought out and with those additional personal touches.
Comfy bed, linen and spacious area to shower in.
Loved the breakfast room as well.
Such a lovely friendly couple making you feel so welcome throughout. Would recommend to anyone."

"All hotel staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room and the majority of the hotel and its facilities were spotlessly clean. The hotel food was excellent. The breakfast was quite expensive considering it was not included, but there was a wide choice of options for every dietary requirement.
Not a major issue, but the area of the gym used for stretching (which was located behind the machines was quite dusty in the corners and they could do with some new mats in...
