• Parking is available in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane.

• Small trailers allowed. Obtain resort management approval prior.
Things to know
• Mr. Vaporizer performs a monthly preventative treatments in every unit:
- 2nd Wednesday : Tower floors 2nd to 9th
- 3rd Wednesday : Tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2
This is mandatory to ensure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
• There are 6 pools, 1 kiddie pool, 1 lazy river, opens from 10am to 11pm.
House rules
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 fine and grounds for immediate eviction. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500.00 fine.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, will be charged a $500 fine and grounds for immediate eviction.
• If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $500 will be applied. Gatherings/occupancy of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• Grilling on balconies or grounds is prohibited. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony.

Condo was exactly as described. Clean with a perfect view. The area was quiet and all the amenities were well maintained and nice.

Huge oceanfront balcony. Clean and well stocked. Great security. A 2 minute walk to parking garage but easy access in and out. No beach chairs or umbrellas provided but can rent for around 200. We didn’t use the pools but they looked very nice. Easy and close beach with lifeguards on duty till 6pm. We walked to restaurants, bars, and putt putt but options are limited for walking. There is a Walmart grocery very close as well (10 min walk). Also, close to airport and our uber was under 10 to get there. We met our son who had a car so we were able to go to other areas easily. We didn’t cook but full kitchen and dishwasher with soap etc. Very clean building, condo, and beach.

This home is Extremely clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for the perfect vacation! A full icemaker upon arrival lead to refreshing cocktails on the veranda, coupled with relaxing sound of surf and mesmerizing views! We enjoyed perfect weather and many days of basking in the sunshine! Many thanks to Cal and Issy for sharing their seaside retreat!!

We have stayed here many, many times. We have never been disappointed! So clean, so well stocked, and so homelike! This year we brought my cousin and her special needs daughter. They also had a wonderful time! Cal and Issy are fantastic owners and react to any issue immediately! I highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants a picture perfect vacation!

Our week was fantastic and in part because of the welcoming by the property owners. They provided tons of valuable information not only about the property itself but places to eat, shop and have a great time. The property was immaculate and well maintained. Condo was located right on the beach overlooking the sand and water. The unit was well maintained with everything as shown in their listing. Cal & Issy were very responsive during our stay and provided plenty of information ahead of time to make our stay and the check-in/checkout procedures simple. We had a very relaxing time and I would stay here again.

We had such a great time! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Checking in and out was easy. The building was quiet and also very clean. Had a great time utilizing the pools and restaurant downstairs. Would highly recommend staying here!

We aren’t strangers to Myrtle Beach and every year we go we stay somewhere different. That will not be the case any longer. We found our vacation home in Myrtle for the rest of our years (unless we decide to purchase in the future). I was skeptical of the 100% 5 star review for Cal & Issy’s home, but after staying there I can attest that it is completely accurate (hence my 5 star review). I was getting irritated with paying cleaning fees to owners when we had to re-clean the condo once we arrived. This condo was immaculate. Everything was so clean and sanitized that we didn’t have to re-clean. The fridge had not a speck in it and my wife commented that the microwave was the cleanest she’d ever seen. The condo is equipped with everything you need to live like you’re at your own home. Cooking is easy as everything is supplied (but we mostly just used the microwave). The owners supplied ample toilet paper and even provided a soap in each bathroom (bonus: it’s actually the one we use; Dove Sensitive Skin). The unit has a dedicated dehumidifier which is needed when you have a place near the ocean. There is no musty or moldy smells which we’ve experienced to some degree where ever we stayed in MB. This unit has no such smell and I attribute this to the dehumidifier which no other unit we stayed at had. The view is amazing and we are beach people so that’s why we always stay at a place directly in the beach. Thanks Cal & Issy

We had a great time here on our family vaca! Cal and Issy’s condo was perfect for our group of six. They are very attentive hosts. We hope to be back next year if we can.

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was fantastic. Only issue was with renting chairs & umbrella. I went with the number on the paper given to me by the homeowners. The company ddidnt know where to lock them up. After talking to the front desk we were able to rent the ones already on the beach. But will definitely be going back & renting with the same family. We loved it!

Really enjoyed this vacation and specifically this condo. The owners were very detailed and laid everything out for us. The condo was immaculate. This was the second time staying at Bluewater but this place was much better than the last one. Thank you for a wonderful time!!!

This was the perfect spot for our family of five to enjoy the ocean and downtown Myrtle Beach. The property was clean and well furnished and you tell Cal and Issy take a lot of pride and care in how it is set up for their guests.

This place was immaculate. The description on VRBO is spot on accurate. The owners provided excellent instructions for check in and all aspects of the rental. Cal was extremely responsive. A wonderful place to stay. The only downside was having to leave !

The condo was neat, well furnished and clean (as described). It had all the needed amenities for a family of 6. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the fantastic views. The communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you Cal and Issy. We were happy with the entire condo and would recommend it to others. The property was located close enough to anything you could want to do in Myrtle Beach. The actual beach is right off the back of the property and security was top notch. The pools, Lido Deck patio bar/grille vendor and DeLisi’s Italian Restaurant on site were fantastic. Probably the best pizza and chicken parm in all of Myrtle Beach and I would challenge any pizza place in SC to try and top this restaurant. They are from NJ so they know how to do it right. Thanks again.

Very nice clean condo with great ocean view. We had no real issues. The main outdoor pool and deck was closed for repairs. But there were 2 others on the side and an indoor one as well.

First time at Myrtle beach, had an excellent experience. The condo was extremely clean and one of the most well equipped rentals we have stayed in. Cal and Issy were super quick to respond to our questions. I loved the location of the unit, with amazing views of the ocean. The balcony furniture was really comfortable. I spent my mornings drinking coffee to the sounds of the waves. We saw dolphins a couple of times. This place is close to everything- from attractions to great restaurants. I would definitely want to come back the next time we visit Myrtle beach!
