Two bedrooms, a living room (convertible into a bedroom), and a fully equipped kitchen provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just a 3–5 minute walk to Dachau train station – reach Munich city center in 20 minutes. Shopping possibilities nearby. High-speed internet, Netflix, air conditioning, parking, and linens/towels included! There is also a second shared shower / WC in the basement. **Comfortable Apartment for up to 7 People – Perfect for Families or Groups** Welcome to your stylishly furnished apartment that offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With 60 m² of living space and a well-thought-out layout, this accommodation is ideal for families, groups, or business travelers. **The Rooms:** - **Bedroom 1:** A spacious double bed (180x200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed provide ample space for restful nights. - **Bedroom 2:** Another large double bed (180x200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed. - **Living Room:** The modern living area can easily be converted into an additional bedroom with a sofa bed. -**Kitchen:** The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. It includes a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, a modern oven with stovetop, a dishwasher, a range hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Nature lovers will also enjoy the area: In just a few minutes, you can reach the picturesque Dachau Palace and Courtyard Garden, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The Amper River, with its scenic paths, invites you to hours of walking, and several nearby nature reserves offer relaxation and tranquility. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, you can reach Munich city center in approximately 20–25 minutes from Dachau train station. Also, since Munich is very near with the train, all of the attractions and sight seeing places in Munich are easily accessible. Dachau has a castle and a number of castle gardens, old churches, etc. Also very well known is the concentration camp from the 2nd. world war. Every day many people from throughout the world come to here to understand some of the horrors of the reign of Hitler, to help prevent such things from ever happening again. The S-Bahn, the train station and the bus station is only minutes away. With the bus you go to the concentration camp. To walk to it, it takes about 30 minutes. The check-in information will be available approximately 48 hours before your arrival!

Great roof apartment

originally planned on staying with 5 friends, 2 couldn't make it however - so there was plenty of space left over. the location is fantastic: in perfect reach of Munich and surrounded by plenty of markets for food (bakery and butcher right outside and EDEKA around the corner. The train station is also very close.

New Years Surprise

Nice space on the 4th floor. We had a great and unexpected view of the city-wide fireworks at midnight! Great location near S-Bahn. We had a rental car but didn’t need it.

Great location for A Munich visit

A short 4 minute walk to the train station with a train every ten minutes to Munich Train station and other key points on the line. The neighborhood is great with a variety of restaurants. There are also four bakeries and a small grocery store within two blocks

This location had grocery and restaurants nearby. It was relatively quiet (some construction was happening at the business next door). It was wonderful to be so close to the train station. We had easy access to visit many sites around Munich. The apartment we had was at the top of the building. The ceilings were quite sloped. This made it challenging for our taller family. We had to be very careful not to hit our heads when getting out of bed, putting dishes away, and sitting in certain places around the apartment. The space was clean and had nice amenities. There was plenty of space and a comfortable sleeping arrangement for our family of 5.
