On the 5th floor of a beautiful building with an elevator, our apartment welcomes you with large windows and balconies that embrace every area of ​​the home, brimming with personality and featuring a skillfully blended mix of antique and modern furnishings.

You'll have access to two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, with a small adjoining closet furnished with a single bed.

An airy living room with a dining table and double sofa bed, two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, a spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and long balconies from which to enjoy views of the communal garden.

Equipped with every comfort, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people: ideal for a vacation with loved ones or friends without sacrificing privacy.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The apartment is located in the "Solari" neighborhood, strategically located between the famous Navigli district and the Zona Tortona, the beating heart of design, especially during the "Salone del Mobile," an event that attracts thousands of visitors from around the world every year.

A pleasant stroll will take you to the historic Navigli neighborhood, one of Milan's most romantic, lively, and well-known districts.

The beautiful Nuova Darsena is a great place to stroll, sipping a beer in the company of the many patrons and admiring the city lights reflected in the waters of its canals.

The Navigli have a long history: they are, in fact, two of the canals that made up the city's intricate river system, once entirely navigable: the Naviglio Grande and the Naviglio Pavese.
They're a perfect blend of Old Milan and the vibrant nightlife.
The area is also dotted with vintage shops and artisan boutiques with eccentric creativity, as well as restaurants and bars where you can truly relax and unwind with your travel companions.

This area is worth exploring on foot, so you don't miss any of its streets and alleys. Let yourself be captivated by the magic of this picturesque neighborhood.

Alternatively, just 400 meters from the apartment is the subway (blue line), which takes you directly to Piazza San Babila, Milan's shopping hub, the church of Sant'Ambrogio, and even to Linate Airport, and then to the rest of the city.
If you'd like to try Milan's trams, just a few steps from the apartment is the No. 14 tram, which will take you along Via Torino, another of Milan's main shopping streets, to Piazza Duomo, the city's quintessential symbol. In about half an hour, it also takes you to the Central Station, a connection to Orio al Serio, Malpensa, and Linate airports.
10 minutes away. The S.Agostino metro (green line) is also within walking distance, which, without changes, takes you to Central Station, S.Ambrogio and Moscova/Brera.
