This new apartment, recently renovated, is located on the third floor, with an elevator. It can accommodate up to 5 people, and is the ideal solution for spending your holidays thanks to the privacy of its 2 rooms or business stays thanks to the fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi. It is located just 10 minutes by metro from the Milan Cathedral, a few steps from the yellow M3 Lodi metro stop and the Olympic village. The nearby Porta Romana area is one of the most famous in the city.
The space
The elegantly furnished apartment has been taken care of down to the smallest detail to ensure space and privacy for all guests.
As soon as you enter, on the right you will find the main bedroom which has a 170x190 cm double bed, bedside tables, a wall television, a wardrobe with 3 doors as well as a chest of drawers and a desk for possible smart-working. It overlooks the inner courtyard, this guarantees silence and privacy. The electric shutters allow you to achieve complete darkness if you wish.
In front of the entrance, on the other hand, there is the bathroom consisting of:

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, there are: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and kettle. Coffee capsules and tea bags are included.


Between the living area and the bathroom there is the second bedroom consisting of a single bed, a large wardrobe and a work station. Even in this room it is possible to have light during the day and total darkness at night thanks to the electric shutters.
The house has central heating and 2 air conditioning splits.
There is 1 GB fiber optic Wi-Fi, particularly efficient for managing various connected devices and for smart working.
Just outside the apartment you will find a red door with a dishwasher, iron and ironing board inside for the exclusive use of guests.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The configuration of the beds without special requests to be reported during the booking phase takes place as follows:
→ 1-2 guests: 1 double bed in the main bedroom 170 x 190
→ 3 guests: both rooms
→ 4-5 guests: the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room
On request and for a fee it is possible to carry out late check-out and/or early check-in

✅ The air conditioner must be turned off when you are not at home.
✅ The system can be controlled remotely: in case of incorrect use, an additional fee may apply.
📌 Attention: Setting a temperature lower than 25°C and leaving the air conditioner on when you are not there could cause water loss, with the risk of damage to the environment. Any repairs may take time and involve additional costs for the guest.
