The apartment of about 70sqm is located on the first floor of a building with lift and organized on 2 levels. On the lower level there is a living room with leather sofa, TV and American kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and ventilated oven, dishwasher, moka and electric kettle. Toilet with bidet and shower box. Large balcony with garden view equipped with chairs and outdoor table. Through an internal staircase from the living room you can reach the upper level where there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined in a queen bed if required and a queen bed on the mezzanine. Toilet with bidet and spacious shower box. There is also a very large walk-in closet at your disposal!
