Neighborhood Description

The apartment is located on Via Mac Mahon, a tree-lined street served by tram line 12, which runs from Piazza Diocleziano to Piazza Castelli.

The area is characterized by recently built buildings with large green spaces within them. Once home to several luxury boutiques, this part of Mac Mahon now benefits from its proximity to new commercial districts such as Portello and City Life. Just a short walk away is Villa Simonetta and its park, which today houses the “Claudio Abbado” Civic School of Music. Almost directly across from the villa is the gallery of Lia Rumma, Italy’s leading contemporary art dealer—the very one who exhibits the works of Marina Abramović.
