Cozy 23 square meters studio apartment, able to accommodate 1 person, located on the third floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access). The property is located near the new fashion design district of via Savona. The neighborhood is well connected by public transport: a few minutes walk away are the Tolstoj and Bolivar stops of the Metro Line 4 (Blue) and 250 meters away is the stop of tram no. 14, with which you can reach Piazza Duomo.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with dining table and chairs, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the brand new M4 blue line metro directly from Linate and get off at the Tolstoj or Bolivar stop, both 5 minutes from the property;

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment with the Malpensa Express, arriving at Milan Cadorna Station. From here take the green M2 metro and get off at Sant'Ambrogio (2 stops), from here take the blue M4 metro and get off at the Tolstoj or Bolivar stop, 5 minutes walk from the property; alternatively, use the Terravision bus service to Central Station. From there, follow the directions below.

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the green metro (M2) to the “S. Ambrogio” stop. From here, take the blue M4 metro to the Tolstoj or Bolivar stop, 5 minutes walk from the property.
