Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the M4 blue line metro to the San Cristoforo stop; from there take bus 49 to the Via Inganni - Via Rondine stop, a 1-minute walk from the property;



- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna station, from where you can take the metro (M1) to the Inganni stop, a 6-minute walk from the property;



- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro (M2) to the Cadorna stop, from where you can take the metro (M1) to the Inganni stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.



- If you travel by car, you can leave your car for free in the parking lots under the house (parking NOT guaranteed) or for a fee on blue lines.
