Apartment No. 213, approximately 25 square meters, is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) of an elegant Milanese building with a concierge. Please note: you must climb one flight of stairs from the elevator to reach the apartment.

It features all the main amenities, has a small entryway, and overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. The layout is as follows:

Please note: There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers on level -1 of the building, shared with other guests. They are available daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the elevator.



Tram lines #16 and #19 stop right outside the building: the closest stop is Corso Magenta/Viale Nirone, 20 meters away.

If you’re traveling by car, please note that parking in the area is difficult and requires payment: the nearest paid parking garages are Garage Alle Grazie on Corso Magenta and Buonaparte Parking on Via Puccini. The apartment is located in Zone C; if you’re coming by car, you’ll need to purchase an access ticket.



Seven days before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the municipality, which is 3 euros per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.
