"Communication excellent and helpful with owner."

"This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each...

"The house was very nice and well maintained."

"Everything was wonderful. Conveniently located to event. No problems."

"Great place. Great location. Won't be disappointed!"

"You can hear every single sound from neighbors, especially the ones on the top floor. If they decide to start walking late at night forget about sleeping. The neighborhood is not very nice either. I wouldn’t recommend. Wifi didn’t work for a full day (although not the property’s fault necessarily), and they ask you to take the trash out or you have to pay $50."

"Everything was clean. The sheets, bedding, and towels were really soft. The building was awesome. So many amenities including the library and game rooms. Views were great from this location in the building. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Easy access off I 96 makes this place great if you're just passing through or visiting nearby attractions."

"Very relaxing and quiet. Well equipped for cooking and extended stays. Great communication from the host."
