"The hotel needs renovation. Carpet was bad making hallways dingy. Ice machines not working. We stayed 4 nights no cleaning service and no soap in shower (we caught up with staff and they gave us some). The staff overall was great."

"We stayed a couple of nights for a tournament at Western. Property location was great and much more convenient than the available hotels. We didn’t spend much time exploring as we were occupied all weekend, but the area looked entertaining. Overall, it was a perfect property for our needs!"
