Pros: The AI virtual front desk was actually excellent. Questions were answered promptly and were accurate. The concierge staff is top-notch too and very helpful when needed. The free coffee in the lobby was nice too for the caffeine fiends in our group. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious and well-stocked.
Cons: a key fob is required to access the building and to use the elevator. With a 3-bedroom unit, we were only given one fob which was a bit of a hassle at times. With the 3-bedroom, we were also only issued one parking pass. We had two cars, and so had to use the lower level visitors spots which only allowed you to pay for 24 hours at a time. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding & so very busy…it was a total pain to have to renew the parking every 24 hours. If you forget, your vehicle will be towed (and they are serious about that!).
The other challenge was that the elevator for our building was out of order so in order to get to our unit, we had to enter the building next door, take the elevator up to our floor, cut through the parking garage and then enter our building and find our unit. We had a lot of stuff for the wedding, and so had to make multiple
trips from car to unit which was a total pain. Also, the cleanliness of the unit was sub-par. We traveled with young children who ran around the unit barefoot. In the evening when bathing them, the bath water would turn black from the accumulated dirt on their feet from the unclean floors.
