Summary:

What makes this Villa so amazing is its incredible lakefront view. The location is also a plus since it's in the heart of Miami, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 from the Aventura Mall.



The backyard is simply spectacular. Not only because of its proximity to the lake (which is private, you can swim in it). There’s a sparking heated pool (ask to heat 48 hours before), many chill spots and a dining table with a grill and a romantic Fire Pit.



We provide a kayak and two paddle boards to have fun in the lake. Feel free to swim!



The inside of the house is modern and luxurious with top of the notch furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a pool table and much more.

1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake/pool.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.



NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

The Neighborhood:

Ojus is bordered by Aventura to the east, I-95 to the west, North Miami Beach to the south and Broward County to the north.



In Ojus there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Its proximity to the beach makes this neighborhood even more special.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

-This property has a storage of the company in the garage, workers should come by to pick up some things here daily, if u encounter them should be for a couple minutes and they will be happy to say hello to our guest.





- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

Great backyard

Best asset is the backyard, with plenty of lounging space, comfortable outdoor grill/fire pit area. House itself needs updating in spots (unfinished in areas: closet, bathroom, broken bench swing in backyard), cleaning supplies, washcloths for bathrooms, and extra blankets for beds. Be aware of maintenance crew having access to garage area frequently (noisy at times when garage door opens).

Lack of communication was not there. Had to contact Vrbo directly because host would not respond to get my key code to get in door. House was nice and stay was nice. Just not from host!

Nice Property - Property Manager Communication Lacking

The property was beautiful and as described. The property manager was extremely difficult to get ahold of, I was required to send 4 follow ups at certain points. I also had to call VRBO to have them reach out to the property manager. Would recommend if you're looking for a large property, it's a bit of a drive from most places though. You will have difficulty recieving responses from the property manager leading up to the booked date though.

Pre-cruise stay with friends

Outdoor setup is great!! Fantastic for a group. Pool, fire pit, dock, and pergola area was great for our group to relax throughout the day. Inside was very spacious and nice. Great communication with Aaron before and during stay. Would recommend addition blankets as we had 15 staying but overall great property and would recommend to all and would definitely stay again! Thank you glam homes!!

We had a good stay and everything was good. A few suggestions: 1) the interior could use a paint job as there are a lot of marks/scuffs on the walls 2) it would be nice for you to make washcloths (and not just hand towels and body towels) available and 3) the knives could use sharpening.

Family Gathering

For a large family gathering of 8 adults and 7 children (infant to 5 1/2 years), this property was perfect! We spent most of our time in the heated pool, eating outdoors, and going to Greynolds Park with the kids. Sleeping accomodations suited our family needs. We made one room into the kids' room by lining up the twin beds and cot. The family had a memorable time together! We encountered some issues with a couple of the appliances, which were promptly replaced within 24 hrs. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Wrongly accused.

First off I wanna start off by saying the owner of this property is a great guy, easy to communicate with and willing to please his guests. I can fully understand having private security for such an awesome house is necessary when renting to strangers, however, not once, not twice but 3 times I was contacted by security for an issue we were not causing. The security team itself needs to be upgraded because they make mistakes that could have easily caused the landlord to terminate my stay. Apparently there’s another house listed on same block owned by the same owner. Whatever they were doing in that house like having noise or more than 3 cars in driveway or more than the amount of people allowed in the house I WOULD RECEIVE THE CALL! Yes human error is possible but 3 times? Different nights? While on an ultimate vacation that I spent well over 10k on???? Security was the only thing about this house that needs upgrading. Other than that they still get 5 stars from me because the house itself is everything! It served its purpose. The beds a little small, or I could just be a little big, either way I’m just glad I wasn’t in the room with the 2 twins. There’s also 2 pull out cots for larger groups like mine. Bring a fire stick… the back yard should have been where I slept but it is florida and you are on a lake. …. The backyard is definitely why I didn’t mind paying. I feel like I got a deal! Not too much to complain about with this house. 2 mins from Publix and cvs the house is on a busy street in a Great neighborhood. Pool table and the pool were no tbh awesome. Washer and dryer. And yes you can swim and kayak in the lake with equipment at the house. Multiple spots in the backyard to just simply chill out, Especially after the sun does it’s thing.

Top Unmatched Backyard with Incredible Lakefront View!!!

Unmatched backyard , there's an incredible lakefront view ! Good location! 10 Minutes away from the beach and 5 minutes away to the Aventura Mall shopping. There are many funs never ends in this beautiful house. My kids were enjoying in the swimming pool and kayaking in the backyard lake. We spent most of time in this amazing villa rather than going out. The fantastic waterfront is perfect to spend the time relaxing and enjoying of the views. The host is super friendly. He would meet our satisfactions once we requested. I definitely will choose this villa for the next trip.

Lovely lakeside home

Our only complaint was as a home that sleeps 10- there are only 4 poolside side chairs. The outside dining set was not very usable due to chairs that were likely assembled incorrectly or just super uncomfortable. Poolside stone/tile was very uneven and would be dangerous for a toddler or an elderly person. Hot water in the showers was a problem. We had a problem with the master bedroom door locking us out but management sent someone very quickly to replace the door knob. Very clean and spacious just needs a little work. Add some outdoor seating and fix the brickwork pool surround and I would give it 5 stars.
