The staff were so lovely and helpful. We were on the 17th floor and the room never got hotter than 69 degrees which in Miami is a god send. There is a public lot next door for $20 for 24 hrs but be warned it gets packed around 10 am and the traffic does not die down until 9/10 pm at night. The beach was well kept and there are staff members that come out there around 12 pm for service of drinks and food. There are also water stations everywhere as well as security so I always felt safe. I would stay there again anytime I have the chance to. Did not want to leave at all.

Location is perfect…secluded away from all the hoopla…but close enuf if you want to join the action…make a reservation for NOBU…you will certainly ENJOY it!

My room was dirty, there was hair in the shower upon arrival. The bathroom flushed on its own multiple times throughout every night and they refused to let us switch rooms. We never got our room cleaned by room service either. Dirty bathrooms are disgusting to me. So major con. Made me feel like the entire room wasn’t properly cleaned. But otherwise, pros included the beautiful pool areas, proximity to the beach/beach side service, and Nobu being so close. Also relatively close to E11even and other “going out” spots. 6/10 experience over all. probably won’t go back

We really enjoyed our stay at Eden Roc for our anniversary. Everything was just as we expected. Check in and check out was easy and every employee was friendly and accommodating. We used their valet every night which saved us time on trying to find parking. The pools were nice as well I just wished they stayed open longer. Ocean social was great for dinner. We can’t wait to come back!!!

The area is located close to everything, the staff is professional, courteous, efficient. The views from the eden roc are awesome! Ocean front your right there. I couldnt stop staring at the awesome views. I spent quality time at the beach ,being one with nature . Swiming in the ocean off the beach of the eden roc , again is awesome . I will return!

Really nice hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the place, including the 2 bars at the property itself. I highly recommend visiting Nobu for dinner as it was absolutely stellar. One note, they say this property is completely non-smoking however all I could smell on my balcony was cigars. So take that rule as a suggestion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

No bottle waters in the rooms. No ice machines around on any of the available floors. Bellman went to get water, but never came back with them. My husband tipped him too quickly.

My stay at the Eden Roc was enjoyable. I love the architecture and the ambiance. The staff were helpful and professional. Eden Roc needs more food options. Eden roc needs to do maintenance on elevators because they are too slow. The lighting in the lobby at night is too dark. Lighting in the hallways leading to the rooms are too dark as well. There is no floor length the mirror. There is no storage space in refrigerator because too many beverage options. There needs to be a microwave. The walls are too thin and I can hear my neighbors. The Eden roc pool menu is misleading. If you order a margarita pitcher it’s not just 40$ it’s 40$ plus the price of the single margarita. This needs to be displayed on the menu and clarified. Also once an order is placed you aren’t able to change it which is unacceptable. If I want a different drink and I’m paying for it then the bar should be able to make adjustments. Overall I enjoyed my stay but Eden roc has room for improvement. Management were amazing and let us check out later than usual. Will be back to see if changes were made. Thanks Eden roc!
