Our place is located in Miami which is known for being a warm and humid city, even though we treat the interior and exterior of the property by monthly to keep pest out, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any insects at the unit.

The coined washer and dryer are situated at the rear of the building, available for your convenience. Should there be any issues with the washer and dryer a technician will be dispatched at their earliest available time.

Our equipped kitchen includes a water filter for your daily use.
