"La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones. El complejo es muy grande, lo cual tiene ventajas y desventajas....

"Absolutely beautiful and well managed facility . Staff were SO friendly ! My daughter and I were glad to be there in late April which is just off season cause it’s a big complex and would be way too crazy for my taste during season. Spent a lot of time at adult pool . Def go to Punta da Mita and Sayulita. Easy uber rides"

BUT, big big BUT We were placed in the Tonina building (we were told it was a free upgrade, which technically it was since it was bigger room with a full size kitchen and living room. "Friendly staff, very clean rooms with great air condition and ceiling fans. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Beach location is perfecto. Not all the rooms have an ocean view. So be sure to ask when booking or checking in. "

"Updated - had money go missing from my room, poorly handled by staff and refused to call police. Karen was absolutely useless to deal with today despite being helpful before. First day and a half was fine until the cleaning person came to clean the room and sprayed the tile floor with what I thought was cleaning solution but was told later it was perfume.
