Spahoteller i Mayfair

"Havde en enkelt overnatning med familien. Var helt igennem et fantastisk hotel med ekstremt god service."

"Perfekt beliggenhed og sødt og venligt personale"

"Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel.. the staff made me so uncomfortable and made me cry.. I was rejected at the spa area because I’m pregnant (19 weeks) they said it was hotel policy but it’s not stated anywhere at all, so I wasn’t welcome at the spa or gym because their insurance didn’t cover.. I chose this specific hotel because they had a spa, as I wanted to relax after hours of shopping, however I was told I couldn’t use any of their facilities (spa and gym facilities) and when I...

"Excellent service with “wil do attitude”. Great location in central London. Great value from included chauffeur service. Wonderful afternoon tea, and kitchen very good a pastries/sweets. Not so good if you’re a smoker, as smoking with the homeless in the street is the only option (unless you’re booked in one of the 5 most expensive suites that has balconies)"

"Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room"

"Excellent room condition, amenities and service. Would stay again. The only drawback I could think of was the noise from the outside on a weekend night. We stayed on 2nd floor facing the Grovesnor Square and it was a bit noisy on Saturday night from drunk people occasionally shouting/laughing and music from the cafe on the 1st floor until pretty late at night. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family."

"Hotellet var standard, men ældre og trænger måske til lidt vedligehold her og der. Hotellet ligger helt perfekt i forhold til seværdigheder i nærheden. Hotellet kan rumme mange gæster og derfor lidt overfyldt ved morgenbordet."
