"Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel.. the staff made me so uncomfortable and made me cry.. I was rejected at the spa area because I’m pregnant (19 weeks) they said it was hotel policy but it’s not stated anywhere at all, so I wasn’t welcome at the spa or gym because their insurance didn’t cover.. I chose this specific hotel because they had a spa, as I wanted to relax after hours of shopping, however I was told I couldn’t use any of their facilities (spa and gym facilities) and when I...

"Very poor service in reception. Our room was smelly (sewer) and even though the reception promised to fix this, nothing was done during the daytime. Returned to the hotel at night, the heating in the room was off (December) and room still smelly. Service in reception was unacceptable after check-out, as they tried to compensate but never managed to email their compensation as promised. Dust and dirt in some parts of the hotel as construction is going on.
