"2nd time we’ve stayed here and is our go to. Really pleased I found it. Everything is excellent. Please don’t change anything, you’ve got it spot on"

"Check in time is not guaranteed. They didn’t have the room ready"

"It's easy to harsh here but I don't wish to be because, of what the Ascott charges you are going to find compromises. I thought that Expedia rating doesn't help because it does raise expectations. Our stay was Ok, but not excellent. Would I stay there again? Unlikely but that doesn't make it a bad place, I just think the old girl could do with a bit of a refurb. The big positives are that the hotel was generally clean and warm."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here."
