"Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...

"Very dirty hotel, no mirrors in the bathroom, very noisy. The only good thing is that the tram was very close. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. "We stayed 1 night in the lovely room for 3 persons. We felt very welcome and the place has a lovely atmosphere. Very good service and you can really feel how they make an extra effort to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and so well made with a something for every taste. Definitely a place we will remember and come back to."

"It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good."
