"Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes."

"This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!"

"Definitely need Air conditioning. Temperature approximately 87 degrees the whole time there. Fans are not enough. Great location though."

"This property was just as beautiful as it shows in the advertisement. You couldn’t get any closer to the water, we sat on the deck and watched dolphins going by, there certainly was nothing to complain about, our host Daniel was always as close as a phone call to answer any questions we might have.Hopefuiy we can get back there again sooner than later.Sue"

"The “private” backyard has a security camera that was undisclosed on listing/description. It’s unsettling to discover this when you have been outside in the morning stretching and you are traveling with your daughter.I would say this property sleeps 2, not 4 as the sofa is a firm modular sofa, not a sleeper sofa/bed.
