Dejligt hotel!
Skønt hotel med den bedste strand i hele bugten! Fin service og store fine rene værelser. Har nu boet på hotellet 2 gange. Kun wi-fi i lobbyen men det er kun gavnligt for muligheden for at koble af! :-)

god beliggenhed, ok hotel, dårlig service.
Fort Arabesque er meget stille, hvilket kan være en indbydende pause. Den gennemsnitlige hotel gæster alder er 50+, så det er ikke et hotel for yngre mennesker ca 30 år. Hotellet er ok men, den samlede service oplevelsen nedsætter min bedømmelse af dette hotel. Hotel personalet er ikke så god til engelsk, som kan være problematisk til tider Roomservice maden og service er forfærdeligt: det tager meget lang tid at få maden, og maden er ikke velsmagende. Så bliv ikke sulten uden for spisning timerne, vente på buffeten. Der er 2 buffeter, den ene på den østlige fløj af hotellet, og en anden på den vestlige fløj af hotellet. Maden er forskellig fra øst til vest fløj, men madkvaliteten er den samme (meget bedre end roomservice), men servicen er meget bedre på den østlige fløj. Hotel personalet er ikke så god til engelsk, som kan være problematisk til tider. samlet det var en ok ophold, men på grund af dårlig service, jeg vil ikke tilbage.

My husband and I stayed at Fort Arabesque for our honeymoon and it was everything we wanted & more. The staff was very respectful and professional. It was very clean and sanitary all around. We loved it so much that we added an extra day to our stay. The food was excellent, especially at Club 159 and The Pavillion. We stayed at the Swim Up Villa, which was very quiet and relaxing with privacy. This was the best decision we made when choosing a resort to stay in for our honeymoon.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber soweit ich weiss momentan renoviert. Das Essen ist hervorragend, der Service tadellos und wenn man eine Villa gebucht hat, wird man mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Der Strand und die Bars sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Alles in allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ansich ist gut, Zimmer432 klein haben größeres und nicht Raucherzimmer gebucht. An der Rezeption machen sie wa sie wollen keine nachfragen. Bei der Dusche lief das Wasser sehr stark herraus man sagte uns wir sollen nach oben gehen und warten es würde jemand kommen keine ist gekommen. Nach 1 1 1/2 Wochen kam ein Brief wir sollen um 17.00 Uhr kommen wegen der Beschwerde die ja keine War sondern ein Hinweis das es so ist. Daher haben wir selber etwas unternommen mit der Servicekraft so das das Bad nicht immer überschwemmt war. Dersweiteren zum Anfang einen Brief bekommen das der Liegeplatz am Strand 55 Euro kostet und bei der Abrechnung wurde dann gesagt das das ein alter Preis sei, und eigentlich 60 pro Tag kostet dann darf man so eine Brief nicht rausgeben. Alle Personen die im Service oder am Starband gearbeitet haben bekommen von 10 Punkte alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Habe sogar Freundschaften geschlossen die bis heute per Nachrichten miteinander kommunizieren.

Ich habe noch kein Hotel in der Makadi Bay erlebt das eine solch schlechte Kommikation zwischen Gästen und Personal hat. Selbst am letzten Tag, warteten wir um 09:00 Uhr vergeblich auf unsere Abholung. Die Guest relation und Rezeption hat schicht vergessen dies weiter zu geben. Nur ein kurze Bewertung. Ein Wiederkommen kommt für uns aktuell nicht mehr in Frage. Hierfür müssten allen Baustellen fertig sein. Das neue Restaurant für die Villa Gäste ( aktuell völlig überbucht) muss fertig werden. Und der GM sollte lernen auch ein seinen zahlenden Gästen , Guten Tag zu sagen.

We were a party of 13 traveling together. Pros -great location and nice beach -lunch and dinner at beach grill was amazing with fresh baked pita bread -excellent New Year’s Eve celebration -entertainment staff were amazing! They worked hard ensuring we were having a good time Cons - drinks were not good, with most bar tenders unfamiliar with making cocktails -buffets mainly had the same things every day -rooms were outdated -Wi-Fi was horrible, limited to a very slow and inconsistent service in the lobby

Just back from a 10-day vacation at the Fort. My husband and I have been regular guests for years but I must say, this time was by far THE BEST. Food is as good as always, no issues whatsoever. The Indian food station in the West Bay restaurant was my favorite 😍. The service has always been great, but I can clearly see improvement this time. The West Bay restaurant staff is amazing, they do their best to make everyone happy. The beach bar staff is great even in busy days, specially Yasser. The new animation team is amazing, specially Pável and Yulier from Cuba. Lastly, I’d like to thank Mr. Beshoy Victor for the quick check in and for all his help. Thank u Fort Arabesque team, can’t wait to be back to paradise ❤️

Beautiful hotel and great spot for snorkelling . I will recommend to go for premium inclusive if you wish to enjoy all facilities as long as you don t have young kids accompanying you . The only downside is on my day of arrival at the beach I had 16 people visiting us trying to sell some spa treatments some tours some diving lessons etc … it was the most annoying thing especially when you pay to have some relaxing time . It is for sure extremely unfair . Except this staff are polite and courteous . We paid for premium inclusive on supplement but we still stick to our familial suite instead to be upgraded for a villa … make sure when you book to be wiser than us with the hotels options !

Best resort in makadi. Check in was super easy thanks to Mr. Victor from reception team. Rooms are renovated and very nice. Pools are always clean. The variety of food is great. The beach is hands down the best in Hurghada specially if you are a snorkeling lover. Highly recommended

Not too big, just perfect, cquick access to beach and everything else, beach is excellent, calm, lots of corals, although there are signs saying not to touch the corals, they should make more of an effort to enforce this rule. they should understand the value of having a beautiful housereef and do more to protect it
