"We have been here before for a concert at the Melody Tent. Check in is quick and easy, Owner is right at the front desk and a great guy. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on Main St within walking distance of many great restaurants. Also connected to the Duck Inn bar. You can come back from the concert have a drink ( reasonable prices ) and walk back to your room. Great!!"

We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above"

"We had a wonderful time at Cape sands inn. Everybody was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good beds and there was a big fridge. Nice clean pool and balcony with access too a cosy garden, were you can grill, play or relax looking at the bonfire. I would recommend Cape sands inn anytime. "

"Our Room was so moist, that the towels and bedlinen felt wet. The hotel seems ok at distance, but it is very worn down.
We asked for another room at a higher level, but it was sold out.
We decided to lave the hotel after the first night (had paid for 3 nights), because of the moist. It felt not healthy to sleep in. "
