"We had a wonderful time at Cape sands inn. Everybody was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good beds and there was a big fridge. Nice clean pool and balcony with access too a cosy garden, were you can grill, play or relax looking at the bonfire. I would recommend Cape sands inn anytime. "

"Serviceminded personale, god plads på værelset og til parkering. Fin pool. Alt var fugtigt ved ankomst, gulvtæppe, sengetøj, håndklæder. Affugter på værelset kunne ikke fjerne fugt. Rengøringen kunne være bedre, var dog acceptabelt. Hyggelig oprindelig new England stil. "

"The only think I don’t like is the front desk try to charge some extra, I didn’t used. But I loved everything."

"Spring Garden Inn is great! The owners and staff are great! Simple in some ways and easy to stay there. They’re right on the canal and the kayaking from there is a lot of fun. The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean and cozy. We love going there with our kids and have been there many times when we go to the Cape."

"Large rooms no food. Bed fine. My one peave would be the ugly florescent main ceiling light. Not a problem. Turned it if and used desk lamps. All good. "

"Stayed 2 nights. Clean property and great location. Walkable to Main street where there are many restaurants. Also walkable to Ferry and the beach. Room could use some updating and the price is a little steep for what they offer but it's the expected price for area in July."

"This is a wonderful place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I had problems with the TV. Couldn't get channels to stay on. TV kept going off. Shower was lovely. The outside pool was very clean. The breakfast was an assortment of items. I enjoyed the fresh fruit!"

"I had such a wonderful stay at the Iris Hotel Cape Cod! The location is truly ideal: just a short drive from the beach and the ferry, and only minutes away from downtown Falmouth. There are plenty of great dining options nearby within walking distance, including a cozy local favorite, Jack’s Restaurant. And if you’re staying in for the night, Jones Tavern is right inside the hotel — the perfect spot to grab a drink or a bite without going far. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

Vi turde dog ikke falde i søvn igen og formålet med opholdet som var at få en nats søvn, blev ikke opfyldt. Personalet lovede at tale med manageren om en nedsættelse af prisen (som var svimlende 308 dollars pr. Nat), men vi har intet hørt, så vi går ud fra, at de er ligeglade. Vi vil ikke anbefale stedet"

"Breakfast was excellent! Staff really went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and comfortable - even with a huge camp bus staying overnight and overtaking the breakfast area for a chaotic hour. Staff stayed on top of it all! Rooms at least for dogs was squishy, not spacious but adequate for our 3 night stay. No windows if your dog barks when seeing people. Have to keep blinds down. Good privacy blinds but dogs can still see out so we were always in darkness when in the room:( Dog...
