Situated in a classic residential building with an elevator, the apartment stands out for being entirely exterior, which fills the space with abundant natural light throughout the day. The recent renovation has been carefully designed to combine modern comfort with a welcoming and functional layout, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere ideal for both short and extended stays.

The apartment features four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, offering a cozy and restful environment, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, perfect for friends or children. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, making it especially suitable for families. The property also includes three fully equipped bathrooms, two of which are en suite, ensuring both privacy and convenience for guests. All bathrooms are modern in design and fitted with showers.

The living area is spacious and inviting, combining a comfortable lounge with a dining space where guests can relax or gather together. It is furnished with a sofa, television, and coffee table, creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing guests to easily prepare meals and enjoy a home-like experience during their stay.

To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, making it suitable for any season. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens, and towels for all guests. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all appliances and facilities. Please note that this property is not intended for tourist rentals. It is exclusively available for seasonal stays related to work, studies, or similar purposes. Prior to arrival, guests will be required to sign a seasonal rental contract outlining the agreed conditions, including the purpose of the stay (non-touristic), as well as restrictions such as no subletting or alterations to the property.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, although earlier access may be possible depending on availability and can be confirmed the day before arrival. For late arrivals, additional fees apply: €20 for check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, €30 between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM, and €40 between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. These fees must be paid online prior to arrival.

For check-out, guests are kindly requested to leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind them by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance. It is important not to leave the keys inside the lock when exiting the apartment during your stay, as this may block access and require locksmith assistance, the cost of which will be the guest’s responsibility. The cleaning team will typically arrive around 11:00 AM, so guests are asked to allow access if their departure coincides.
