Welcome to my flat.

Located on the first floor of an aparthotel building, this tastefully decorated 40m2 modern flat is conveniently located close to several Madrid attractions, including Puerta de Alcalá and the Great Pond of El Retiro!

This flat is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a plush sofa, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows via multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and essential appliances such as a cooker and microwave. There is a washing machine within the flat, and also, on each floor, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use for a fee.

The bedroom has a double bed with sheets. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

Barrio Salamanca is one of Madrid’s most affluent and elegant neighborhoods, known for its sophisticated atmosphere, luxury shopping, and cultural landmarks. Located to the northeast of the city center, it is considered a hub of high-end living and upscale experiences.

The neighborhood boasts a stunning display of 19th-century architecture, with elegant facades, intricate balconies, and spacious layouts.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Recoletos, is just a 2-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is approximately a 19-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).
