Equipped kitchen. Very spacious living room with sofa bed and 50 Smart TV. Two bedrooms with double bed. With a work desk area and another sofa bed. And a full bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and wifi.

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. One of them with a desk and a sofa bed. And another sofa bed in the living room.

Reservations of up to 10 people between adults and children are accepted. Guests must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation.

There are no cots or extra beds available. All bedrooms have wardrobes, hangers, table lamps and USB chargers.

The living room has a 50 smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, complete kitchen utensils, cutlery set, plates, glasses x8…

There is a washing machine that can be used at no extra cost and you will find a folding clothesline, iron and ironing board.

In the bathroom there is a towel, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

Free Wifi (high speed at 300 Mbps), heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

During your stay you will be provided with towels and bed linen (duvets + sheets-duvet covers)

The house is close to the main street Bravo Murillo and with a strategic location next to the Alvarado metro (line 1- Blue).

Easy and comfortable access by public transport.

This line has direct access to four roads – Malasaña area (Tribunal, Bilbao) – Madrid Center (Gran Vía – Puerta del Sol – Tirso de Molina) and Atocha - Renfe. Total journey time in less than 15-20 minutes.

There are four connections to metro lines 2 (red) and 6 (grey). There is also a city bus station on the surface that allows us to reach any area of ​​Madrid.
