The spacious, newly renovated bathroom has a shower, anti-fog mirror, hairdryer, and storage space. The bedroom offers a 1.35-meter-wide bed, double built-in wardrobe, full-length mirror, and exterior window, designed for maximum comfort. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a laundry terrace for added convenience. A complimentary parking space is available in the same block, although in another building, with dimensions of 4.41 x 2.30 meters. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, as well as radiator heating in all rooms. Guest Access:
Guests can access all areas in the apartment exclusively without sharing with them with anyone. The only space that is shared is the garage, which is accessed by other neighbors in the building (don't worry, nobody will park on your designated spot).
