This was an interesting stay. These are basically hotel rooms with a kitchenette, but it’s not exactly an aparthotel. The check-in process was easy and communication with the hosts was great. The building itself is in a bit of a run-down area of Madrid; I wouldn’t say it was dangerous, though. Parking in this area is a nightmare - if you bring a car, get ready to search for parking for a long while. The unit itself was fine - clean and in generally good condition. The unit we were given was intended for handicapped clients, but I did not know this in advance. The shower was definitively designed for disabled folks and was a bit difficult to use due to the shower head not being stable. The kitchenette was great - it had a sink, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. The unit also had a washing machine and drying rack, as well as an iron. The units are small but sufficient and have lots of extras that a standard hotel room wouldn’t have. Close to the metro and an easy walk to lots of stuff.
