San Isidro I is a studio that can accommodate up to 3 people. It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a sofa bed, perfect for resting after working or studying in Madrid, along with a Smart TV for you to enjoy a good movie. Next to the sofa bed, there is a table and chairs for comfortable dining.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and ceramic hob.

For sleeping, there is a loft bed, offering a unique space. The bathroom is fully equipped, including a hairdryer. Towels, shampoo and body wash, toilet paper, and a small bottle of dishwashing liquid are also provided so you can travel light.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
