From the Airport:Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios. Once there, transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna. Get off at Userastation and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Valdecarros. Get off at Pacíficoand transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna. Get off at Userastation and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín Station:Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Cuatro Caminosand transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna. Get off at Userastation and walk to the provided address.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
