Charming Callao Central is a one-bedroom apartment right next to Madrid's emblematic Gran Vía and a few meters from Plaza de Callao, the epicenter of the city and where most of the city's entertainment, restaurants, shops and theaters congregate.

The apartment has a spacious living room where you can relax after a long day in the city, a bedroom with a double bed, a double bed with Italian opening in the living room and a bathroom with shower. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with: Ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery...

It has an incredible location, you don't need to use the car, since you can go to all the places of interest in the city on foot. You have a multitude of restaurants and theaters just down the street, as well as shops of all kinds, such as El Corte Inglés, just 100 meters away.

- SANTO DOMINGO (Line 2): 260 meters.





TO CONSIDER:

- The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

- There are cots for rent available for €30 / stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

- Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

- This accommodation cannot hold bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties.

-For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption will be included up to €50, after that amount they will be borne by the guest.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
