"Great hotel just around the corner from Times Square. Super friendly staff, they where very quick to fix the small issues we had - within five minutes everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know. The only negative thing is, that the room was smaller than shown in the pictures, otherwise everything was perfect."

"From the moment we arrived, Joanne at the reception made us feel welcome. Actually, more than that. Joanne is so likeable you want her to be your new best friend. Later, we had an issue with the a/c in our room and, obviously, Joanne came to the rescue! Every place should have a Joanne and the world would be a better place. "

"Had a very pleasant stay at Motto. Bed was comfortable and the room functional despite the tiny size. You must know each other quite well as both toilet and shower in inside an ‘IKEA closet’ worked fine for us - myself and my 11 yo son. The cleaning was spotless but I wonder why towels are changed every day even when they are thoroughly hung up by us. Also it doesn’t make any sense that you book a double room pay 10$ fee every day and only get citi-bike vouchers pr. night and not pr. person....
