"Under renovation. Elevator - filthy. Room was exceptionally small. Windows were glazed over, no view at all of anything. Simple breakfast of 2 croissants, coffee, tea, fruit and yoghurt was $75.00 - ridiculous. Lacking in the atmosphere I experienced on previous visits. Location remains great. Will go somewhere else next visit. "

"There is check in from 4 PM and check out latest 11 AM. The hotel has at least 40 stories and only three elevators. At departure it takes a long time to catch an elevator. The hotel could offer more checkout times to put less pressure on departure. It took me over 10 minutes to get an elevator down with several full. Once I got an elevator it stopped at basically every story but was full and could take no passengers.."

"While we were a little surprised by the small room we were given for 8 night (while we could look into other rooms next door to ours that were empty and considerably larger - and considering this is the 5th or 6th time we are back) - we did appreciate that the bathrooms had been upgraded nicely - although it was very annoying that the actual toilet was a couple of inches to long so that the bathroom door opened up in to it every time. "
