"I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. "Great canal house takes 20 minutes to get to the river! Burrowing owls in the neighborhood are so cool! Loved the pool! Comfy beds and lots of space to spread out. "We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. "We had a wonderful Girls Get Away. We relaxed by the pool and hot tub. We watched the basketball games out on the patio. That was so nice. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the property manager came right over. She was absolutely wonderful! So very helpful!!! "This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!"

"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. "Did not live up to expectations at all, too bad. If this hotel had cost half the price it would have gotten 4 stars. But when you set the price so high, people expect the bar to be set high. We had 4 nights and the room is generally run down, AC does not work.. everything is old, the fridge heats like an oven. We had 2 adults with breakfast included, we had to tell this every morning, impressive you don't have better control of what room which is included. In addition to this we had to pay full price (14 dollars per child) they consistently leave 2 receipts which makes no sense when one is sky high. Overall really professional and friendly staff. Tried their in-room dining, it works perfectly and with great food and reasonable prices, it should even have 4 stars."
