"Arrived 1 hour after check in time. Property had not been cleaned after recent booking. Trash piled up in the trash cans. Dirty towels on bathroom floor. Bedding looked like someone crawled out of bed and didn’t straighten up. (So dirty bedding) The 4 of us quickly made the decision to drive 8 hours back home after a long day of fishing rather than stay here. Totally unacceptable, I want a complete refund."

"This one has most everything needed for a fishing or hunting trip. Lots of beds and easy access to parking lot. Only complaint is no Wifi but we didn’t contact manager so maybe it is available. Would stay here again."
