"We have rented this property multiple times. The new addition of room and bathroom makes this place even more desirable. Plenty of AC for the summer months. We spent lots of time on the wrap around front porch and large gathering area under the home. Outside shower is a definite plus hot and cold water. Plenty of parking. Looking forward to our next trip here."

"My wife and our son stayed 2 nights in the flat while attending ULL orientation. Location is close to everything you need…campus…downtown…great places to eat, all within a short distance. The 2br layout with private full baths work out great. The place was clean and Tyler was easy to work with. This will be our go to when coming to visit our son at ULL."

"We were so impressed when we arrived! The cottage is so nice and cozy and stocked with everything you could possibly need! So clean and well kept! You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into to it make sure you have the best possible experience. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, which is not what we've seen at most other B&Bs.
