Highly desirable area of Torrance (Central). Very quiet newly renovated private suite located two blocks away from Torrance Del Amo Fashion Center mall & few minutes` drive to Redondo & Hermosa Beach. Lots of popular restaurants to choose from. The walking score is 79/100.

Suite is attached to the larger house, but separated by a locked door and several walls. Primary residents will be present while guests enjoy their stay, however we will respect your privacy and will be available if our guests need us. **

The kitchen has a newly installed electric stove/oven, as well as an air fryer, microwave oven, & a full refrigerator. We’ve intentionally stocked the kitchen with a selection of condiments and spices for guests to use—please feel free to enjoy them during your stay.


This spacious suite consists of two fully furnished bedrooms with a queen and full bed and an extra fold-out queen Murphy bed, as well as bedside tables and lamps. Bedrooms are joined by a newly renovated full bathroom. Just after the entrance is a kitchenette equipped with almost everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Guests will enjoy their own private entrance to their suite as well as on-site parking for one car. We have newly installed a stand alone stove with oven and washer/dryer

Guests may park two cars (tandem) for free entering on the right side of the driveway. There’s also street parking, but please read the signs for street sweeping. Guests private entrance to the suite. Please contact us if you need assistance at any time during your stay.

Torrance is in Los Angeles County and is one of the best places to live in California. Living in Torrance offers residents an urban suburban mix feel and most residents own their homes. In Torrance there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

The area is about two blocks to the Torrance Del Amo Fashion Mall. It is also highly walkable to restaurants and bus stops. We are 9 miles to SoFi Stadium and The Forum.

NOTE: Pets are NOT allowed. We have a small dog living with us in the main property, you may hear him on occasion but he never enters the guest suite. On weekdays during the school year you may hear children playing across the street, but otherwise our street is very quiet. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking in the property.

We have a maltipoo that barks occasionally. But no need to worry as he is mostly in the house or the backyard.

HOUSE RULES:

1. No loud noise, music, parties, or events.
2. No smoking, vaping, and illegal substances in or out of
the premises. Guests can smoke outside but be mindful of your cigarette butts. Extinguish and dispose appropriately.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms
6. Light cooking only.
7. Please observe quiet time (10 PM to 7 AM)
8. Please turn off lights, appliances, space heaters and any electrical appliances when you go out.
9. Please leave entrance door lights on.
10. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
11. Please DO NOT remove beddings, linens, and towels from the premises.
12. Please DO NOT soil towels and linens with make-up, tanning solutions, dyes, blood, or anything that could stain.
13. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
14. Please take care of the furnishings.
15. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
16. Please report damages immediately.
17. Please treat our home with respect as you would treat your home.
