The Space:

This well-maintained two-story house is an ideal retreat for large families and groups, with generous living spaces and a layout made for gathering. The main living room features comfortable seating and a smart TV, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.



The home's five bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across two floors to accommodate your group. The first floor offers one bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, plus a second bedroom with four twin beds. Upstairs on the second floor, you will find the spacious primary suite with a king bed and jacuzzi tub, along with two additional private bedrooms that each feature a comfortable queen bed.



Meals are a joy to prepare in the full chef’s kitchen, with ample prep space and essential appliances. Sit down for memorable meals in the large formal dining area, or enjoy relaxed mornings in the separate breakfast room.



The private backyard is your personal resort. Take a dip in the swimming pool, unwind in the spa, or enjoy an evening barbecue. For more entertainment, a separate game room awaits with a smart TV and table games. Driveway parking is available for your convenience.

A short drive brings you to the luxury boutiques of Rodeo Drive and the upscale Century City mall. In about 15-20 minutes, you can explore the famous farmers market and shops at The Grove, the world-class art at Museum Row (LACMA), or the vibrant nightlife of West Hollywood.

This is a charming older home, Finishes are classic rather than modern, all systems and amenities are functional, clean, and well maintained.



Driveway parking is available for guests.



Pool heating is available for an additional $150 per day.

Spa heating is available for an additional $50 per day. Please request heating in advance so it can be prepared before arrival.



Exterior security cameras monitor entryways and outdoor access areas only — never inside or in private spaces.



Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs incur a $100 per hour fee unless pre-approved.



All guests must complete a short pre-arrival verification form including contact details and valid ID with selfie. Information is kept private and confidential.
