We’ve had past guests who caused issues in the building. **You cannot go to the office, You cannot bother anyone in the building complex. if you need anything or gave any questions, please reach out to me directly. This will not affect your stay as long as you follow the house rules and respect the property. If you are extremely particular and prone to frequent complaints, this may not be the right rental for you.



Guest Limit & Additional Fees:



Only the number of guests listed in your reservation will be allowed in the apartment.

Extra guests beyond your booking will be charged $40 per person, per night.

Lost Key & Parking Permit Fees:



Lost key, garage clicker, or parking permit replacement: $300 each. Lock out fee is $100



Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:



Must be requested at least one day in advance.
