Needed a last minute Affordable room.
I found this place for a decent nightly rate.
However, Nothing on the information details suggested there would be a deposit upon arrival. As I arrived, I went to the check-in office and was greeted with a upset facial expression as I told the gentleman I booked with Expedia after I handed over my itinerary and identification he then informed me that I must pay $20 deposit to stay which I did not have cash or $20 available to just give him as he proceeded to stand awkwardly and observed me with a disappointment look, I told him I would have to come back and figure out a $20 cash deposit. He proceeded to not say anything and just hand me back a key card and my identification and turned around and walked away. customer service, Definitely needs some work at this place.
I was very surprised on the room as I was not expecting the cleanliness the upgraded flooring brand new bathroom with great AC that chilled the room ., smelt clean was not bothered by anybody got a great night sleep nice hot shower and was on my way. Definitely recommend this place if you need a quick getaway.
