There's no end to the indoor and outdoor entertainment available at this five-bedroom home in the hills, a beautifully designed estate with a private pool/spa that can be heated. You'll spend your days practicing your basketball skills on a NBA regulated half-court with a custom Lakers colored theme tributed to the late Kobe Bryant. You can take a couple of practice shots on the beautiful outdoor mini soccer field. Enjoy, the evening grilling in the built-in outdoor kitchen that includes a barbecue, fridge, fryer, sink, and island with bar stools. Enjoy a relaxing time outside thanks to the covered patio that includes a dining table. Inside, you can play Ping-Pong or Pool, set up a family tournament at the poker table, when the tournament ends, go over to the air hockey table and king/queen of games. After a long day of fun, gather around livng room's 86” Smart TV. You can also head over to the garage that is fully equipped with a gym and sauna. Gym includes ( stationary bike, treadmill, dumbbells, squat rack, bench press and boxing bag, etc). As the sun sets each evening, head outside to the fire-pit that includes a patio seating to watch the sky change colors and retreat to one of five bedrooms - a master with a king-size bed, call over your masseuse so you can enjoy the luxury of your own massage room in the master suite , a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed ,a fourth bedroom with double full beds, and a fifth bedroom with a pull out queen size bed. Lastly, if you have a hidden talent of being a musician, go into our one of a kind studio equipped with top of line recording equipment. Featuring your very own sound booth, or you can utilize the studio as your very own at home office. This secluded hills estate accommodates all your needs, from entreating guests to enjoying days full of entertainment and fun with family and friends

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $72/day.



Parking

Parking is very simple, inside of the gated estate you can fit up to 10-15 cars in front of the garage depending on the size of the vehicle


RULES

Please be respectful to the neighbors and treat it like its your own home.
- No smoking (smoking Fee will Apply if done so)
- No loud music after 11pm
- No Dribbling basketball after 10:30 PM ( court lights cut off at 10:45 PM )
- No loud talking or screaming on driveway after 9PM
-No glass by pool area
- Pets allowed with a fee (please curb your animals fee will apply if not done)
- Do not exceed amount of guests allowed (outdoor security cameras will identify if guests exceeded the limit)
- Pease do not move Furniture around ( fee will be Applied if done so )
- Zero Tolerance for events / party

* Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.
