The property is centrally located, Many of LA's famous attractions are within a short drive and getting to them is easy since the freeway is only a few minutes drive from the property. easy access to most of what LA has to offer. It has conveniently located just minutes from the Calabasas Commons, 5 minutes to the Fallbrook Center, a premier shopping and dining complex, 10 minutes to the famous Topanga Mall and Westfield Village, 25-minute drive to Malibu beach, 25-minute drive to Universal Studios, and an 30 minutes drive from Santa Monica, Beverly Hills other prime Los Angeles destination.

This beautiful house has everything you need for a comfortable stay:
The master bedroom and the indoor hot-tube overlook the beautiful Hawaiian style backyard and the pool.
There are BBQ area, fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI, bedding, towels, washer and dryer, closets in every room, A/C thermostat, smart TV, 2 indoor wood burn fire places, private entrance and a wide drive way to provide you with multiple parking spots.

Gorgeous back yard including: lots of outdoor seating, lounge chairs, pool floats and pool Private heated pool, spa, BBQ area, outdoor furniture, outdoor resting area and fire pit.
The family room features a daybed sofa for comfortable socializing and TV viewing. (Netflix & cables included)

Full kitchen includes a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans, a variety of glasses, coffee mugs, dinnerware
and flatware.
The dining area includes a beautiful solid wood table big enough to fit everyone comfortably while enjoying your meals.

Enjoy a full-sized pool table and we offer a poker table with an advance request (free of charge).
We also offer cards and board games for a fun game night with friends or family.
The house has 2 full bathrooms inside the house and one half bathroom outside near the pool.
Bathrooms come fully equipped with body
and hand towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner.


HOUSE RULES (must read):

-THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We do not allow loud gatherings or events of any sort. We don’t allow No outside guests to stay with our Airbnb guests or to use the property’s amenities. In case of disregarding the house rules, there will be an extra charge of $30 per person daily as well a $250 flat rate as a fine which will be added to the final cost.
Please avoid loudness after 9pm. We maintain a good relationship with our surrounding neighbors and would like to maintain this.
In an event that neighbors report loud noises/ partying you may be subject to penalties for disturbance of up to $2000. If such events take place, your reservation will immediately be cancelled with immediate check-out. Your full security deposit will be de withheld and no refunds will be granted.
- The pool has no fence or pool guards around it , if you are traveling with small children or pets, we would require you to sign a waiver for acknowledgment of the adult’s supervision & maintaining the safety.
- THE CAVE WATER FOUNTAIN IN THE BACKYARD WILL ONLY OPERATE FROM 9AM TO 9 PM.
-Security cameras on premises- located in the BACKYARD ( for monitoring the safety of the pool) , on SIDEWAYS and the FRONT of the house. We monitor the outside of the property at all times.
-No additional guests besides those included in part the initial reservation. In the event more than 7 stay on-site or more guests join than are originally reserved for it will be grounds for cancellation of your stay and you may be charged additional fees for having guests there.
-No smoking of any sort INSIDE the house. This includes cigarettes or weed or anything else.
-Absolutely no drugs allowed on this property.

-No pets allowed. In the event that this is a long term rental and you're traveling with your pet, we may be able to discuss exceptions based on specific criteria with a separate pet rate + deposit.
-pool heating: with an additional charge of
$300 for up to 2 days using. (notice 24 hours before using)
-No professional photoshoots without our agreement
- we have a Gardner and a pool man maintaining the health and beauty of the premises. They will visit the house every Friday OR Saturday for maintain the garden and the pool.
- the big trash bins are getting picked up every Friday morning at the curb line.


Guest access:
The guests have access to every parts of the house EXCEPT :

1-The garage,
2-The private location behind the jacuzzi where we keep the pool/ jacuzzi’s
3-The cabinets that we keep the smart electrical devices’s stored and the locked storages of the house.
4-The attached rental unit next to the property which has a separate entrance and sitting area.
