The Space:
This beautiful home has everything you need to enjoy your time in LA: fully equipped modern kitchen, incredible city views, living room fireplace, pool and hot tub with waterfall, and private garage and driveway.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (this bedroom does not have a wall on one side, but does have full length curtains for complete privacy)

Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this property offers a serene escape with amazing city views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Enjoy the best of both worlds with Sunset Boulevard just minutes away, providing easy access to vibrant nightlife and dining. All of LA's famous sights are within a short drive, making this location perfect for exploring the city's top attractions while retreating to a peaceful haven.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car. However, it is very easy to get an Uber from this location.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the pool being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.

We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

We do offer pool heating for $90/day. Please send us a message at least 24h in advance if you would like to have the pool heated. The jacuzzi is included.

PLEASE NOTE: Our pool maintenance person comes every Thursday to service the pool. Our handyman comes every Wednesday night to take the trash bins out and brings them back inside Thursday afternoon. Our Gardener comes every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month to maintain the Garden.

GARAGE: Guest do not have access to the garage. Thank you for your understanding!

There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.

No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed in the house
No music after 10pm
Pets allowed on a case by case basis- please clear with host before check in- $90/per day per pet
Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
$200 per stained sheet or duvet cover
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
