This 3,750 sq ft home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The 1st-floor hosts a living room divided with a romantic double-sided fireplace, a formal dining opening to an outside fire pit & a large kitchen w/ top of the line appliances centered w/ a marble island w/ custom cabinetry. Home features true indoor/outdoor living w/ a built-in BBQ, two separate fireplaces & waterfall, pool/spa under a massive roof-deck. Upstairs leads to 4 bedrooms & hotel like master suite w/ massive walk-in closet & a sprawling master bath w/ soaking tub & expansive shower. With balconies in each room & a rooftop deck with w/360-degree views of Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and the rest of LA this home truly exudes the perfect combination of well thought out architecture & prime location.

Linens & Damage Policy:
Bed sheets, towels, and blankets are provided for guest use and are expected to be treated with reasonable care. Any damage including stains that cannot be removed—will result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.

Any outdoor noise after 10 pm and music that can be heard on the street is strictly prohibited. Visit by security forfeits deposit.

I absolutely LOVED this house! Got it for my birthday weekend with a group of friends and it was such a vibe. First of all the location is prime considering it's so close to west Hollywood, the Grove, the Beverly center, etc... There was enough bedrooms for all of us and it was super spacious. Everything was clean although I will say the floors get dirty easily so maybe avoid walking around in shoes lol. I was concerned because of past reviews talking about mold, worn out furniture, plumbing issues, and the outdoor area not being clean. I communicated my concerns to the host and they assured me all of that would be taken care of. I mean for the price I expect it to be nothing less than perfect you know? Anyways everything was clean, plumbing was fine, and there was no mold I could see. The furniture was fine as well for the most part aside from the pool chairs being a lil worn but I'm not gonna throw a fit over a lounge chair lol. The only reason I gave four stars is because some of the outlets didn't work and the tvs were giving some trouble. Also the jacuzzi was a hassle to work so someone had to be sent over to turn it on for us. Also they wanted to charge an extra 300 to heat the pool which I thought was kind of annoying. If I already paid thousands of dollars to stay here I think the pool heating should be complimentary but that's just me personally. Other than that everything was great! I would definitely book again. Perfect house for a group of friends.

The host was very attentive and the location was great for our needs. It's a beautiful LARGE home with a garage for parking which was a plus since it happened to be very rainy on our trip. We were able to invite extended family over for dinner with take out easily at the large dining table and comfortable family room.

This property was not suitable for short-term rental and requires significant repairs before hosting future guests. The home was not properly maintained or cleaned, and several issues raised health, safety, and habitability concerns.Mold was discovered in multiple areas, including a downstairs bedroom where it was initially concealed behind a pack-n-play and blanket, spreading into the adjoining bathroom, and visible on the garage ceiling. These concerns were compounded by ongoing moisture and active leaks throughout the home.During our stay, multiple water leaks occurred, including water dripping around the master bathroom window directly into the bathtub and a leaking downstairs bedroom window. Roof leaks worsened and eventually required a bucket in an upstairs bathroom to collect water. Cleanliness was below expected standards. Additionally, the kitchen island electrical receptacles were inoperable. A used kitchen sponge was left for guest use, dirty dishes were found in drawers, food residue was present in the microwave, and spider webs were visible throughout the home. Pots and pans were in very poor condition and replaced only after concerns were raised. Bath rugs were dirty, towels were heavily bleach-stained, and the washing machine seal contained visible mildew. Communication from the property management company (Nationwide Deals) was delayed and ineffective, including no response after checkout. Photos and videos are available documenting the conditions.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from wonderful due to multiple issues with cleanliness, poor communication, and unexpected charges. I do have pictures of everything I’m discussing.The outdoor pool area was not clean at all. There were spider webs, dead insects, and leaves in and around the pool, which I had to remove myself. Several balcony chairs were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned, and the bar area outside was covered in bugs and dirt that my guests and I had to clean before using.There was also a leak from the ceiling in the living room next to kitchen at around 2 a.m. during our dinner, apparently caused by the refrigerator defrosting. This was unsafe and very inconvenient. We promptly fixed and resolved the issue and leaking stopped. In addition, several showers didn’t work properly. My guests had to use several showers because theirs were not functioning properly. They complained the water was too hot and would not cool down. The primary bathroom water also wouldn’t cool down, and the drain took nearly five hours to clear. This was very disappointing.Before booking, I made it clear that I’d be using the outdoor area for an event and paid 500 for decorations. Unfortunately, the setup did not match my requests. The only decorations were balloons attached to sandbags, which later leaked into the pool. I specifically asked for a rose walkway entrance, but there were no petals or similar decor. The banners were poorly taped up and quickly fell.

The location is great if you want to be near Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Fairfax, etc. And just about equally distant from LAX and Burbank airports. The rooftop is great on a nice day, but the furnishings are worn and dirty. Overall, this is great place for larger groups with plenty of space (including bathrooms)

Beverly Hills Dream Home

The property was gorgeous, our stay was wonderful! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The host was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire stay. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway!We recently stayed at this beautiful VRBO property for a girls trip, and I can confidently say it was everything we hoped for and more! The house is stunning, spacious, and absolutely perfect for our group of eight. With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, we never felt cramped.The highlight of our stay was the gorgeous pool and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooftop was an ideal location for our morning Pilates sessions, offering a serene atmosphere to start the day. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to bars and restaurants, and an easy ride to other attractions. Everyone was amazed by how well everything matched the photos—what we saw online didn’t do it justice! The hosts were incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home. We were initially worried that it might be too good to be true, but it exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this house for your next getaway!

Great location, but the traffic on la Cienega blvd can get hectic. Amazing home. Some of the rooftop furniture should be refurbished, especially that Egg chair…not stable enough for anyone to sit in. Person actually fell out of it due to the lack of it being sturdy!

Girl's Weekend Heaven

This place was perfect for our girl's weekend in WeHo. It was clean and well stocked and the beds were super comfy. Very small gripes were that the dishwasher wasn't functioning properly, so meals we cooked were tough to clean, the outdoor grill didn't heat evenly so we had to cook our meat inside after a sad attempt at cooking, and lastly the hot tub has to be pre-heated and only stays hot for two hours before shutting off, which made it nearly impossible to use. That said, the location can't be beat, the rooftop deck was heavenly, and the built in speakers that connect with bluetooth made it a true haven. We loved every moment there and are already plotting our return. Thank you for making our girl's weekend memorable!

Beautiful House!

I booked this house for my birthday. The location was in a safe area and not far from the things my friends and I wanted to do. The house was clean. Check in was a breeze, the house looked like the pictures posted, and the communication was fast. We only found minor things that appeared to be worn or broken, but nothing drastic. I communicated issues that were found and got a quick response. I would definitely book this house again. If you are considering this house, BOOK IT!

When we arrived to our property the front bedroom bathroom had a bucket set in it to collect water from a dripping ceiling and the toilet was running. The master bathroom shower also has a continuous drip. You can tell both of these are not new issues with the leak ring on the floor and mold build up in the shower. We did call maintenance and they did come fix the toilet. The dishwasher rack is clearly the wrong size and needs to be replaced as it is a frustrating situation every time we loaded/unloaded it. The rooftop furniture and cushions are shredded in sections and a cushions had burn holes. Be careful when you sit in the egg swing chair as it is not stable. The master bedroom door blinds are disconnected and hanging. The towels look like rag towels and are aged. All of these items could be fixed with some simple effort. The house was spacious with enough bedrooms and baths for us to spread out for 10 of us. The hot tub was wonderful for the end of the day activities. The location was also great to get to multiple destinations.

Fantastic Location

Beautiful home in an ideal location for getting around Beverly Hills. Unfortunately the home needs some better housekeeping. First impression was great until we started noticing things that were broken, dirty and trash and dirty dishes left behind from the previous guests. Spent our first day washing bedding. Manager came by on day two and we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working. He just looked at it and moved on, so we had to go to Starbucks (which is close by) to get boxed coffee for everyone. I would rent the home again because of the location and room's, but only if I was assured the items we brought to the managers attention get taken care of.

Vacances Familiale

La maison a beaucoup de potentiel, mais un peu sous exploité. Les lits et l'ameublement des chambres est très moyen. La maison peut accueillir plusieurs personnes mais la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont de très faible qualité et en très petite quantité. Le lave vaisselle est brisé donc on doit faire la vaisselle à la main. Matelas sur le sol dans une des chambre et on doit trouver la literie dans le chaos du walk-in de la chambre des maîtres. Maison magnifique, avec un potentiel incroyable, dans un endroit parfait, mais sous exploitée et malheureusement à cause du manque au niveau des détails intérieur très cher. Au niveau de la piscine on nous demande plus de 300$ US par jour pour la chauffer. Elle était imparfaite à notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre au deuxième jour pour l'utiliser.

Girls Family Trip

We had a girls weekend at this house with family members of all ages. The location was great and the property manager was responsive. The house also was spacious and we enjoyed the pool and roof deck. But, considering the price, the property was not clean, especially the outdoor areas, which were not wiped down. There were cobwebs and cigarette butts on the roof deck. And some of the outdoor furniture by the pool and on the deck were broken.

Mixed stay

It is a great house but we arrived to a leaky toilet on the main floor and the handles in the kitchen were grimy. The smoke alarm battery hadn’t been changed and started beeping incessantly after we had gone to bed on the second night. The property manager wouldn’t answer so we had to go into the garage, find a ladder, and use a broom to disable the smoke alarm. We have reached out several times but I still haven’t heard back from the property manager or VRBO about this major disruption on our two-night stay at this fairly expensive house.

This is an excellent house in a great neighborhood. Close to everything. The house has a bit more wear and tear than is seen in the photos but nothing that is a cause for too much concern. The property manager is extremely responsive
