Having a car is a must, so there is plenty of parking space around the house. Although it is possible to have ride share apps pick you up at this location, it's not very practical. Biking/walking is also not very practical as a means of transportation, but this location is good for hiking or road biking for exercise.
The Neighborhood:
Just a 5 minutes drive to the Westlake Village with plenty of delicious and classy restaurants as well as shopping Center that have cinemas, grocery stores, both local and more widely recognized stores, and 20 minutes driving to the Malibu beach.
Getting Around:
Having a car is a must. There are plenty of spaces to park around the house.
