"I ended up finding another place to stay after I checked in. The front desk lady was very nice so that’s why I gave it a 2 star but other than that it was terrible. During my booking, the option was classic with one twin bunkbed, comfort with one twin bed. I chose comfort because I did not want to end up on the upper bunk. "Hotel staff accommodated a reservation change over the phone, and then notified me via email six hours later (at 9:27 pm) that they had not changed it so I did not make this stay. Their lack of responsiveness via message, phone, and asking Expedia to contact them on my behalf is incredibly unprofessional and I would recommend skipping this place entirely."
