"Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties."

"Disappointing stay, listing and actual property did not match. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the listing. The biggest concern was that the property and listing photos did not appear to match the unit we were provided. I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm that the photos and amenities shown are for the specific unit they are booking. There were also several cleanliness concerns during our stay. "Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous."

"The host was very communicative and friendly and helpful when we were checking in. The parking was easy and we were provided with the parking pass so we didn’t have to worry about getting a ticket. For me this is the perfect location because it was close to the ocean but also close to things to do in West Hollywood in Beverly Hills and also close to bigger venues like Sofi Stadium and the Forum."

"Nice stay!"

"Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA."

"We had an excellent stay at SA Beach #8. The location on Carbon Beach is hard to beat—the ocean views from the suite and private balcony are incredible, and having direct beach access made the entire stay feel special. We stayed for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was the perfect setting. Waking up to the Pacific, having breakfast overlooking the water, and being able to walk straight down to the beach made for a memorable morning. The suite was clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and...

"Lodging as pictured and advertised. Convenient base to SoFi. Secure parking. Would definitely stay again."

"Overall, we had a good stay and the location was great. Being able to walk across the street to Warner Bros. was a huge plus, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The biggest issue was parking. We stayed out late, and each night only the last spot was left. Other vehicles often took up more room than necessary, leaving very little space. The first night I scratched the entire side of my car on the bushes trying to fit and had to crawl out through the back. After that, I parked even...
