"While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. There was a 4ft high, 10ft wide heap of garbage in the front yard and looking in through the windows it was apparent the house was under...

"Place was clean and nice neighborhood. But blinds did not close - so had to use towels and blankets for privacy in bathroom. Apart from blinds not going up and down, we were content."

"This home has an excellent location right on the beach and near the amusement park and other attractions. However, I'm not sure I'd rate this a 5-star property. The house is average and kitchen appliances are very old. The toaster doesn't work. There are bugs (especially ants) everywhere. The bathrooms are old/dated. Additionally, the posting says this sleeps 11. It sleeps 9 at best. We were a group of 10 (6 children, 4 adults), and we barely made it work. There's no way 11 adults would be able...

"This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. Grocery store also about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is within a couple blocks of condo. Ying responded promptly to our questions and we had an excellent stay here. Highly...

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, making our time in New Haven comfortable and relaxing. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city and visiting Yale University. We would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to New Haven, and we would happily stay here again!"
